Default What brand upper strut mount?

Going to be doin of strut mounts g the koni's and lowering springs soon. Any recommendations for a particular brand of strut mount ? I know TRW, moog, and monroe make them. Is one better than the other?

stockers are fine. Moog are supposed to be good too. I just got some KYB ones from Speed Inc.

There's been reports of the threaded inserts pulling out of the KYB and the Moog versions. I recommend OEM replacement.

I had the inserts pull out of my Moogs. I drilled it out and installed a grade 8 nut and bolt.

I'm using moogs on my car, no issues at all. And I even had to remove and put the one back on a couple of times and had no issues with it. Fit just like stock.

DON'T get oreilly's house brand. Piece of crap.

I have a set of monroes, brand new. I was able to get the nut off my stockers

I went with the napa brand. They looked like stock. so far so good. They were about $80 apiece. They said they were Dana Corp I think.

+1 on the napa parts. Part numbers NCP2613195
NCP2613196 and the isolators NCP2613197. I had to do what Mitchntx did with some moogs. I've done this job about 5 times and the Napa parts fit like stock.
