Default Lowering springs + LM1

anyone lowered there car with LM1? i have a 2000 firehawk so the wheel gap isnt too bad but i was wanting to go a little lower but the resonator already sits so low i was worried about scraping. so was just wondering if anyone has this set up and what they thought about it.
thanks,
Nick

I had the LM1 and DMS springs and had no problems. I had the LM1 resonator switched for the LM2 and still had no problems.

I'm lowered with longtubes and boxed sfc's, no problems. my y pipe has about 4" of clearance and i scrape MAYBE once a month at most.

it all depends on the type of driver you are, and how the roads around you are. if you're willing to slow down a little and angle the car over speed bumps and railroad tracks, you'll be fine. if you're already scraping stuff at stock ride height don't even think about it.

4" is a piece of cake. How much are you lowered from stock ride height? Do you have a ground to fender measurement?

lowered about 1.25 front, 1.5 rear. front fenders are probably around 26.5" from the ground. i'll get a pic later.

I'm at about 3" with my Y-pipe, and I've got shorty headers. Still I have very little scraping problems, a little common sense goes a long way when driving a lowered car.
