Go stock shocks or race?? Need Help??
Hello,
I believe it is time to replace my shocks, rears are making the sqeaky noise!
I do not do a lot of racing so I dont know if I should put a drag set up or leave it stock. I have put sub-frame connectors on it and wonder what would or could be the best of both worlds??? I am really green to setting up these F-Body's?? I know the old school way but not the new. Any help and suggestions to what you are running would be great.
Thanks in advance.
Doug

well if you don't drag race, don't put drag shocks on it haha. most of them don't ride that well on the street. get konis or bilsteins. they're a lot better than any stock replacement and will make the car ride a lot nice.

Hello
I would suggest looking into a single adjustable set up such as a QA1 or a Strange Engineering. They are pre valved 12 different settings for compression and rebound. Below is a link to show you what all we have to offer.

If you have any other questions feel free to ask and I will be more than glad to help.
Thanks

Hello
If you are looking for a set for on the track...like I mentioned before the QA1's are the way to go. But if you are looking for a Daily Driver set up/ Handling a set of Konis or Bilstiens is what I would suggest.

Here ya go, this is what I'd get for a mostly street driven car & it definetly wont break the bank. But is still a improvement over the stockers.

I had heavy duty bilsteins in my previous F-body, they rode stiff, but they handled great. This time around I'm trying out KYB AGXs. They're adjustable which is a huge plus, the ride is a little stiffer (you notice it over big bumps) but the handling is much improved.
