Compared to the stock panhard bar setup, it is a night and day difference. You will see most of it pushing the car to its limits, but there are some advantages (say goodbye to upsetting the rear end when you go over bumps) if your car is more of a daily driver.
Thanks for the input.
Yea I'm definitely in on this...its only a matter of time or I should say free time for myself.
The rearend over a bump scenario would be great to kill.

There are some high banks on I95 down here....sometimes just for the thrill of it..I take them hard. This is my 2nd 4th gen Z....and this time I'm going thru suspension and chassis first before engine mods and stuff. It sounds to me like this is a definite upgrade and one that we would feel more of at a track....but that a daily driver could also appreciate if they are somewhat attentive and in tune to the ride quality.
I'm after strong grip...and stability...a solid feel...not to drive like an ******* on the street...but if the road is empty I want to feel confident I got the curve up ahead.
After that poor man's corvette after all....and I am not so interested in a live axle out back. So I'm not conservative about spending good money where it counts...becuz I don't want to upgrade to the 5th gen. Looking to take the solid axle design to the tilt and help alleviate a few of the GM loose ends(pun intended).

Any extra inputs appreciated. As well as good trailing arm combos....not that rod - rod doesn't sound like it could be a good ticket.

This is pretty cool. I want to know if a KOOKs ture dual exhaust will clear it. For some reason i do not think it will...

I 2nd not for everyone. If you are geared to having good handling than it's an A+ item.

Well it looks like Sam will get more of my money this spring. This wife is going to kill me.

Watts and bars soon. The only thing I won't have is SFC's and the all important strut brace.

Yes that was a joke.

I will add some more input on the value of a watts link for a F-body. I think this was one of the single best suspension upgrades I have done to my car. The rear is so much more predictable than the old panhard setup. Cloverleafs have become a new form of excitement since installing the Fay2 Watts link!

What is a cloverleaf? How does it feel or effect your car from a straight line dig?

I haven't noticed a difference with that, but spirited and regular driving is a now much more enjoyable.

Not happening. Sorry. Fays2 mandates the price and asks we don't play games. Further, in all honesty I hear "let's get a GP doing!". Yeah, well... normally half the folks that claim they are in, flake out which makes them a huge hassle. And it seems folks assume there is like hundreds of dollars in profit to be split up. There isn't. $100 worth of rod-ends alone in that part guys, machined parts, bending tube, welding, powercoating, bearings, hardware.... It adds up.

I can get you one any time. The price is $650... has been since it came out, and probably will be for a while.

I kinda figured that but I was still hopeful. Sam, I think this was discussed before but do you recommend your rear bar or an adjustable bar with that watts?

Hey this is from a guy who has made them before....ME.....it is a lot of work and probably more then $100.00 bucks in rod ends......just the cool factor is worth $650.00....how many of these do you ever see on a car....I always have to explane to people what it is and how it works........my car will go faster then I'm willing to take it.....I chicken out first...the car will handle

Just a matter of preferences and where you end up liking the roll center and balance. I made some changes to my current version of the standard rear bar that means it will direct fit with a Fays2 like the adjustable one. Just a matter of whether you want the rear bar to be adjustable or not.

No, you don't... If that was the hold up, then folks would have bought them last time I offered it with free shipping when things were slow. Frankly, they are anything but slow right now--I'm buried in work up to my ears (almost literally).

I hate bartering. The part is being sold at a fair price.. more than fair when you consider every other Watts link for a Mustang (as an example) is $1000.00.

Just being honest.
