You trying to loosen the jam nuts with the phb on or off the car??? Much easier if it's bolted to the rear first

Put a wrench on the nut and turn down.I dont think its reverse threaded but i cant remember when I did mine awhile back.if it's giving you problems moving you could give it some heat and some taps from a hammer

You could try calling bmr and asking real quick or just bolt it all the way on and drive it wherever you gotta go until you can get it back in the garage. It just centers the rearend and shouldn't be that much off

i called them and they said its easier if its flipped the other way (the adjusting end on drivers side) so i did that. also one if them is reverse threaded. i got that one to break loose. now just the normal threaded one. BMR said that if you have the adjuster on the drivers side you pull back on both of the nuts. i used pb blaster and im still trying to bang the crap out of it with the hammer

Must have gotten moisture in between nut and threads.don't destroy it with a hammer.if you have a little propane torch, just heat up the nut and tap a few times with a hammer.if you don't have one get one at home depot.you can get one for around $20 and has helped me plenty of times with nuts/bolts.you should be atleast able to get it up in there and bolted in for the mean time.

can you find a torch like the one you have on google images so i can see what im looking for when i go to lowes. i took off the bmr and put the factory one back on cuz i had to be at work. i think im going to put it in a vice and try your method with the torch.

This is what I bought at Home Depot for around $20.Same price or a little cheaper than buying the Bottle and Torch Head separate.Comes with flux & solder to use that too if ever needed.

usually the left hand threaded nut will have a - line cut across the center of the nut, to signify it's left hand thread.

forgot to post in here when i was done but i got this sucker on a few weeks ago. took 3 people to get those jam nuts loose with a 4ft breaker bar

love it. my car needed almost 3/4-1in adjustment and its stock height. helps alot with my 315's in the back. around turns it really shines, it doesnt hop or skip around corners anymore. it just bolts out the corner!
