Hi guys, ive got a 99 camaro ss 6 spd. im looking at up grading some suspension parts to hook better and feel safer driving 100+ on the interstate. I was wondering what yall were suggesting upgrading and what to leave stock and some brands and parts to change out.

BMR and UMI are top notch. lca's and relocation brackets, adjustable panhard bar, either koni or bilstein shocks, and Strano springs

Everything camaroking listed is good. To help keep stable at speed look at a god set of sway bars also

If your car doesn't feel safe at 100 mph I wouldn't just start throwin on a bunch of aftermarket parts on it. Personally I'd start with shocks (if yours are stock, or even replaced DeCarbons, they need replacing). Shocks control a LARGE amount of the cars handling and road feel. Get some good shocks in there then see where your at. SFCs and front sway bar would be my next jump tho.

Like mentioned above for the vehicle to feel safer at high MPH's I would recommend shocks and sway bars is the regards to suspension. Not suspension related would be a good set of tires.

Traction is a little different. A good set of control arms and relocation brackets would be a great start in the traction end of the vehicle.

How many miles are on the car? Is it lowered at all? How do you drive it mostly?

Koni SAs to start with your stability concerns. SFRs to hook better and transfer power better to the rear, and 35/22 hollow sways like Strano's for stiffening any cornering/turns.

Thank you everyone for your answers. The car has 131,xxx miles and seems to be squating in the back not sure if it is something the previous owner did to it or if something is worn out. I know that if i hit a bump on the gas at all something hits i figured it was the shocks.

At a 131,000 miles I would recommend shocks to be your first suspension change.
