strano springs FTW, some of the best handling and performance springs you can get and give a nice drop but not to much of a drop that you have issues daily driving.
for shocks I would go with slp billstiens or Konis if you can afford them

My setup is proven time and again. I have the best prices on Koni's. My springs are so good others changed theirs (after years and years of claims their previous ones were "THE BEST") to be more like mine. They say imitation is the most sincere form of flattery. I think it's just easier than having to figure out stuff for yourself like I do.
And for what it's worth, I also sell Bilstein's which you can use with the springs if you are trying to save some bucks. And I'm the one who discovered that using a 3rd gen rear shock on the car is another cost saving option too. In fact the term "4/3" for that type of Koni setup came from Strano Performance Parts, and others are even using that same wording!
Copies are easier to make than the real thing (no R&D costs, different materials, different quality standards, etc). And nobody can copy what I know and have learned about making the shocks work (and how they work and why) and how they work with the springs. My springs were developed by me, for handling performance above all else. Not for looks, not as a money making ploy. I just got fed up with the crap that was out there (including "THE BEST" springs) and decided to fix it. In fact I make very few of my own parts as it's a huge pain in my ***. But when I think I can do better, I will.
