My car does and I have not been able to figure it out either. I would be interested to know if anyone has a solution as well.

I would say weak spring on passenger side. Jack the back of the car up and switch the rear springs (left to right) and see if it changes.

Check the position of the rear springs. The end should point to the same place on both sides, I bet they don't now. I set them both facing front.

I'm dealing with this same probelm with a customer now. He has our lowering springs and the passenger side is sitting lower than the driver's side. Then, once we were given the measurements, we determined that the driver's side is actually sitting too high and the rest of the springs are sitting where they should. So now we're back to the drawing board trying to figure this out.

Are you running factory springs or aftermarket?

The rear shocks have nothing to do with the ride height.
The problem is either the upper isolator, or spring.

Changing the spring will only help if the original spring is bent .
