Springs on Koni Lower Perch
Im about to do my Koni and BMR spring install and I wanted to see if anyone has installed their springs (any lowering springs) on the Koni lower perch, couldnt find anything searching.
Wanted to see pics and hear any feedback owners have.

Koni/BMR on the lower circlip perch will be slammed like a car with Sportline springs. I would highly suggest the JasonWW upper mount mod if you decide to go with the lower perch.

Strano's sit high in the front whereas BMR's sit level to slightly nose down. The BMR's will be down about .5" in the nose compared to the rear when on the lower perch. Hose mod the rear to compensate.

You sure about those difference between Strano and BMR heights? Mine sits level with the heater hose mod on strano's so the BMR per your explanation would sit low in the front and have a heavy rake with the isolators in.

Thanks! Your car looks good Legal but I see what your saying. needs the drop in the rear a bit. Yours looks pretty low in the front for being on the upper perch though. I would try the HH mod first and then the lower perch. I think it will look even better. if not, just cut the HH off and put the isolators back in. wont cost you a thing but time.

You are correct. The perch's are only on the front. I was just saying that the rears are easy so start there and do the fronts last.
Mine are F 19x9 w/ 265/35, R 19x10.5 w/ 305/30

Do you have a stock rear? That rear lip is huge

Measure between the groves but I think your right, about 1/2".
Factory rear narrowed 2.5" per side.
With the 315/30 the tire is probably taller then mine but your 275 will be taller too. Check your compared heights. Mine are both 26.3" tall

If the rear profile was 35 it'd be 26.7" Maybe I'll switch up to those when I need new tires. Tires are new though so it'll be awhile.
Are your rear fenders rolled?

I had to BFH the **** out of mine lol. Going to be looking into spacers. I'll try the HH mod on the back and move the perch on the front. Did you do the upper mount mod on the front to get the suspension travel back or no?

No never heard of that. Got a link? I'll search if not.
It hasn't bottomed out yet which is surprising since there isn't much travel left. Unless of coarse you just can't tell when it does.

Just got my car off the lift for the first time in about a month. Have BMR springs and Konis on all 4. I did the HH mod in the back and moved the konis to the lower perch on the front.
I have a small spacer for the front (5mm I think) that is currently on the rear while I wait for my 15mm hubcentric spacers to get here for the rear. Should settle a little bit more but I'm liking how it looks so far. Measurements are:
Front:
Ground to top of wheel well 26"
Ground to front rocker 5.25"
Rear:
Ground to top of wheel well 26.5"
Ground to front rocker 5.5"
And the pics

Had to do direct links since I ran out of photobucket bandwidth for the month. Will post new pictures when I get the spacers on and everything settles.
