Default Rhythmic Thumping Sound starts at 20 mph along with shaking??

I have a noticed a slight rhythmic thumping sound that speeds up and slows down with the speed of the car that sounds similar to a flat tire, but all the tire pressures are fine. Has anyone experienced this or know what could be causing it? Could be wheel bearings??? I can feel it through floor but the passenger cant on their side. Thumping starts around 20mph and the faster i go the faster the thump and the wheel shake

Sounds like a tire issue. Either cupped or has a bubble(splitting)

Have you checked the U-joints on the drive shaft?

now that you say that I would stop driving it immediately ad check all lug nuts for safety just in case... Im going with bad tire, regardless of new, or lugs

I agree you have either a bad tire or bent wheel.

Just because the wheels & tires were balanced doesnt mean the tire is running true or the wheel isnt bent. I have seen this many times it has to be one of these issues nothing else.

Is the shake coming from the front or rear? If you can easily tell which end it's coming from, swap the tires front to rear on that side of the car, and see if the shakes moves with the tire swap. If it does, you have a bad tire.

Update.....ok so I put my stock wheels back on and drove it a couple miles. Guess what, problem still there. So as I was putting the after market wheels back on I shooked the wheel and it had all sorts of play on the driver side. Passenger side not as much. It has to be the wheel bearing. So I ordered pair of wheel bearing assembly from company called Detroit axle which is located in Michigan makes parts in USA. It also comes with a year warranty
