Another win for UMI
Another win for UMI I purchased a red UMI strut tower brace from Summit and when it arrived it had a defect in the powder coating that was very visible. Summit would not return the part because it had been installed. I contacted UMI and they shipped out a new strut bar to me free of charge which I received in just 3 days and I packaged up the one I got from Summit and sent it back to them free of charge.
Now that is what you call customer service. UMI is top notch and I will be buying from them again.

Our powder coat lady, Bridgette, takes serious pride in her work. With the volume occasionally something slips through. We are happy you're happy.
Our '99 keeps getting faster and better so we are still plenty excited to tune up the 4th Gen platform. It's a very capable car right now, still has A/C and you can drive it like a daily. Then road course it. Then auto-x it...

UMI for the win. I ordered parts from them. I wanted them blue. I had the powder coated - emailed UMI what I was doing and asked for new stickers - had them in 2 days. I know not a "big deal" but its the little things that mean most
