Well I went racing friday night at the local drag strip for the first time with my Moser and ET Streets, how I have loud thump from the rear of the car every now and then when I hit big bumps. I went under it and checked everything and can't seem to find the problem. It doesn't make the noise during hard acceleration, hard shifting, or braking. It seems to make the noise more often when the passenger side rear tire hit any big bump. It sounds like a blown shock, but I have bilsteins in the rear, the only problem is that I don't know how long they've been on the car because they were on there when I bought the car? Anyone had a problem like this? BTW, I have hypercoil springs all the way around with the rear isolator on top of spring....

Thanks chupr0kabra, I thought it may have been the TA bolts, but they were fine. I checked all those things to see if any were loose and they were ok. I did notice that my exhaust was kinda close to my upper PHR, so I did a temporary fix to see if that's the problem but I doubt it. I just don't understand, it just started doing it after I went racing, and it doesn't make the noise all the time....damn it's pissing me off.....

I think I may have found the problem, I had my buddy get it the back and jump up and down and my upper panhard rod was hitting the rear cover AGAIN! It was already hitting the cover before and I have the notch it, now I guess I gotta notch it some more. Hopefully this is the problem, I will keep you guys updated.
