Brembos or Eradispeeds
Which would offer better stopping performance with Hawk pads? I like the Eradispeeds for the bling factor. If both setups are about equal in performance I think I'd spend the extra few hundred and go for the bling. My question really is if there is a major performance difference or if the 2 setups are comparable. Thanks.

None as far as what I experienced in my former neighbours vehicle. He actually cracked them, and he even bedded them in right. I also saw the usual stress risers from the holes and the slots, but just thought they'd be okay. Then he came to me a few months after I moved away a few blocks down to another apartment complex, and showed me what it looked like. Not pretty like it was when new.
My vote, save the money and go for brembo blanks. (Don't believe the rotor pattern hype).

You get what you pay for.... Brembo's are $67 each. Very resistant to warping, very little run-out, nice casting in the vanes (cool better), and are more durable because the use better steel.

If your not racing, and do not auto-x nor do much to really heat up your brakes. You can go with the bling factor of Eradispeeds.
The brembo blanks are great for beyond the above and general reliability.
I have a feeling that the eradispeeds are thinner then OEM granted they are larger in diameter.. Thus the reason there are more chances or more reports of cracks and fractures.

I am a sponsor now as well, and I think you'll find a lot more knowledgeable in general about our cars.

I heard that you are a sponsor now too, but I couldnt find your logo on the right. I also realize that you are quite knowledgable about cars, especially suspensions systems.
