Default BMR double adjustable LCAs

I just installed mine and was wondering how often do i need to check if they are not loose?

I've never installed those kind but here's what I'd do, check at, 100, 500, 1000, 2000 miles and that should do it ( as long you found them tite each time ).

Tom,

I'm Running BMR adjustable arms and panhard rod as well......two words:

LOCKTITE!!! (or is that one word?).

I used a few drops of blue on each rod end and the jam nut and have had no trouble so far (4500 miles). Good luck

There is also a type of superglue called Loktite or Locktite, or something like that, is that what you mean ?

locktight is a thread sealer, um kinda like superglue for threads.

Tom,

GO to your favorite autoparts store and ask for Red (or Blue...red is stronger) locktite. They will get you what you need.
