So I have a Moser 9", TSP TD's, and am getting a TH400. I need a ta that will mount to the chassis. I know the options are limited, but which ones will work?

We offer a transmission relocation mount for $249.95 . This mount will allow you to properly mount a full length torque arm in the car and have the proper mount for the t-400 conversion. If you have any questions regarding our product line feel free to ask!

If you have sfc, the bmr track pac is way stronger than the full length replacements. Its also adjustable for pinion angle. I'm very pleased with it. It comes with a cross member you weld between the sfc.

No, that is going to be a tough one. To the best of my knowledge, there isn't a chassis-mounted torque arm that will work with true duals.
I've got my UMI torque arm bolted to their torque-arm relocation trans bracket and it is working well. Why do you have to go chassis mounted?
I see you're going auto - are you done with roll racing?

I thought with the th400 you have to have a chassis mounted ta. Am I wrong?
No, I still plan on roll racing every now and then. 15 rolls shouldn't be a problem.

You very well may, unless UMI will make one of these compatible for the TH400. Or you can check out BMR's post above.
It's going to have to be a tranny-mounted style torque arm bolted to the relocation crossmember in order to work with your setup. That is what I'm running, as well.
