I'm about to install a adjustable TA and was looking for install pics or any good to know information to help... Like why is it good to adjust the angle...? What if I adjust it with to little or to much?

You want to adjust the angle to get the proper pinion angle for the rearend. The main reason to have an adjustable TA is if you have lowered your car. I need to install mine soon as well
I have done 2 installs before and they really aren't bad unless you are fighting true duals, then its a little tricky.
One trick I have learned, if you are doing a BMR TA, its much much easier to get the bushing mounted to the transmission first and then slide the TA into the hole. You didn't specify which TA brand you are mounting in your original post, so I am unsure what you are working with.

Would you guys suggest an Adj Torque arm for a car that is only lowered with Koni SA lower pech and hose mod?
Or could I save some $ by going with just a non-adj Torque Arm?

I would get the ajustable one, thats just me though, if your going to lower the car at all the pinion angle should be set. Me and some friends just installed my UMI adjustable TA...it wasn't to bad. Getting it to line up in the back was a little tricky. I had my buddie change the pitch of the rear with my jack handle...lol and I pounded the TA into to get the holes to line up.
I have no idea how to set the angle correctly, Im in the process of learning how to do that now.

The install was pretty straightforward...I dropped the panhard rod and transmission crossmember (at different times) to make things easier. The hardest thing was reading the angle on the angle finder...not sure if it is set correctly, but I'll find out as soon as I drive it tonight.
