You need more fluid than the actual capacity of the system since you will be bleeding the air (along with some fluid) out of the system. You might want to consider getting a fluid that is colored (like ATE Super Blue - Others can chime in on their favorite fluid) so you can tell when all the old fluid has been purged. The ATE comes in 1 litre bottles, and I think one should be enough to bleed a system w/ABS... It all depends on how long it takes you to get the air out - If you're having problems, it might be nice to have an extra bottle handy. Also, I think the proper bleeding order is RR, LR, RF, LF (furthest away from the master cylinder first, and so on). Hope that helps!

I would say that some of the LS1Tech sponsors on the right ----> carry the stuff... I believe Sam (www.stranoparts.com) mentioned that he has it in stock in another thread. Otherwise: http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=ate+super+blue

I don't think he lists it on his web site, but I'm pretty sure he has it in stock if you call.
