Default Alignment specs, best all round usage to use?

On LS1 there used to be a post about the best setup for all round use on a F-Body. Supposedly the stock settings from GM were sub-par for us racers and spirited driver.

I would use my car both at the autox and 1/4" if I ever get there. Otherwise spirited driving on turns and straight ways.

any recommendations on what specs to follow?

Thanks for any direction.

This is what I have now (others run pretty close to it too)
Caster: +4.5* (aim for up to 5*)
Camber: -.7* (aim for up to -1*)
Toe: 0
Thats the closest I could get on my car. Every car is different though. If you want to improve straight line tracking, go with some TOE-IN (1/32).

If you want to go further, you can go more negative in the CAMBER and more positive in the CASTER. Some people are running -1.2* to -1.5* CAMBER and +5.0* to +5.5* CASTER. Thats a bit much for the street and harder to achieve with stock/unmodified parts (and will cause tire wear). Maybe those with more aggressive setups will chime in with their specific setups. TOE IN will improve high speed stability (the car will run straiter and wander less). TOE OUT will improve corner entry ease , but at the expense of high speed stability (the car may wander more).

Great! Thank you so much!

yeah, I'm looking for a nice balance of straight line at high speed (NJ roads suck and high speed driving and a wondering car on bumpy wavy roads is freaky in itself, lol!) and good turn in. Don't want to kill my tires either on wear patterns and such. My wheels cannot be rotated front to back

Im running -1.1* Camber on both sides, with 0* toe and 4.3* Caster... works for me on the street.
