OK I checked it out a little bit but couldn't feel anything loose with the exception of a little box connected to some wires above the differential housing. It doesnt seem to be mounted and doesnt look like a plug just a wire junction.
I am going to get the car on some stands today though and check again just to make sure.
What now?

Ok I finall got the car lifted up a little bit and went down there with a mirror and LED light.
There are a few harnesses the one i took note of was the one the wheel speed sensors plug into, there are 2 orange tabs on a plastic line that keep them from falling away. One of those was loose but the wiring harness its self did not appear to be loose or anything..
There is also a little box with some plug into it that is a few inches towards the rear that is not affixed to a location.
It appears all wires are plugged in.
BTW I do not see anything actually plugged into my rear end.
I know the Traction control and ABS used to work like a year or so ago.
The car is a 98

I have read many forums regarding this issue and none of them have really helped.
I even read one saying some times a rear light does this... I replaced one of my corner lights that were out and still no fix.
I figured it sounded offbeat..
What are some things I can do with no scanner etc..
Is the short answer just simply a shop?
I dont really have the money for this right now any suggestions?

ws6gluemaker, I am not sure what kind of scanner for this kind of code? I know the typical OBD2 Scan tool doesnt read anything of the sort as I have scanned it using one of these many a time.

there is a ground wire (on 98's anyway) on the driverside of the radiator support that will cause all those lights to come on if not grounded properly. it is on top of the support next to the airbox.
might check that, i know i left it loose a couple times and it threw those lights on for me

I checked 3 grounds already, The one close to the battery and then two by the drivers side (the one you mentioned above Fitz98ta)
As for a OBD2 scan tool, no codes are thrown or detected.
(p.s for those of you reading this I will keep an active posting about this event for future issues and post a message when and IF this is fixed)
This is a traction control car.
The Anti Lock Brakes do NOT work so well.
To sum the actions I have taken so far:
- Pulled all 4 wheel sensor plugs and sprayed some cleaner into them.
- Checked Burnt out bulbs in the back and replaced one in the corner of the drivers side.
- Jacked up the car two times rear and front checked connections above rear dif. housing and as well as on the front of the car with the wires from the speed sensors to the harnesses connected on the K member.
- Checked all ABS bat/ trac fuses cleaned etc.
- Cleaned Ground spots
- Checked wire harness connected to ABS block.
-----
From what I can tell the third brake lights aren't out but its multi bulb? I will check that out tomorrow and see what is going on.
I am lost with this one..

my passenger side headers burnt the wires for the front abs or wheel speed sensor and all 3 lights used to come on every day after a few minutes of driving check any burnt wires from headers or manifolds

Also from what I can tell all the wires seem to meet up fine all the way from wheels to the ABS unit its self.
The one thing I might not be too sure about is where the wires go after they go into the spot above the rear axle
Can anyone give me some info on this?
