Default metal noise

Noise is coming from front passenger side, only when I hit bumps. Sounds like metal on metal. Shocks are less than 1 year old, new sway bar and bushings installed in December. I can't recreate the noise while the car is sitting still, I bounced the car up and down as much as possible and nothing. Any idea's.

Sound doesn't occur on speed bumps, or smooth bumps. Just ruff one, and pot holes (which is all my road is).

old, I don't know what to look for on them. The boots are still intact, they are the original ones. I looked under today and couldn't find anything. Aargh

I sprayed all the bushings with lithium grease and the noise is still there. It sounds like a coin in a can. I can bounce the hell out of the car sitting still and nothing. So, I'm assuming it's not a up and down movement. What else could it be? I'm tempted to take the shock off and see if it's coming from the top where the bolt sets on the strut mount.

I have seen the rear vertical bushing on the lower a-arm go bad and make metallic noise when driving might be worth inspecting to make sure the bushing has not torn...

the rear bushing on the lower a-arm looks to be in bad shape. Are these press in bushings? I don't know if this is the noise or not, but my squiller(sp) on my brakes is make noise every now and then, I'll check everyhing this weekend.

Front end is rebuilt. Found noise, when I replaced the swaybars one of the old washers on the swaybar bushing fell into my lower control arm. Oh well, it needed to be rebuilt anyway.
