Default Car slides back and forth kinda scarey

Ok guy so my 95 LT Trans AM is doing something interesting. It has slightly wider tires in the back but i had gotten used to that by now. Last week i changed the rear end cuz mine was shot. Now the car on the free way like when your driving straight on smooth roads seems to like wanna move on its own. Holding the wheel as steady as i can the car sways from left to right pretty bad. If i hit a bump it almost feels like im gonna lose the rear and the car jerks violently. Its really bad? Any ideas?

What kind of rear end did you get? Are you sure everything is installed correctly, nothing over tightened or too loose?

all the bushings good in the rear, sway bar and stuff? I have had a vehicle do that before and the bushings were shot in some of the susp in the back. Could hardly tell by just looking, but if you wiggled the bar it had alot of play.

Did the panhard bar (the horizontal link) get reattached? It's the main link that holds the rear straight and centered in the chassis. Check it's bolts, and all the others for that matter, sounds like somethings loose.
