Default Galeston County police specifically League City

Ok, so I got a speeding ticket on Hwy 3 next to W. Main for going 64 in a 40mph speed trap. On top of that, the cop added defective equip. because one of my HL bulbs decided to go out that night. My question is, if any of you have ever fought a ticket here, how likely are the cops to show up in court? The ticket was from about a month ago if that helps any.

He will be at court and you will have a .00000001 % chance beating a speeding ticket.

best alternative to having the moving violation is deferred adjudication.

I'd take defensive driving since it was 24 over.

This one is super easy:

I'd show up to court. I did on Friday, and the cop didn't, so it got dismissed. This was Dallas city police.

put the plate back on and prove to the judge that you did it, and they'll dismiss it.....front LP tickets are just "fix-it tickets".

then you can just take it back off again once you've got it all dismissed.

If you want to try your luck showing up in court.

Get the date changed first. tell them you can't make it the first date and they will reassign you a new date. Hopefully a date when the cop won't be there.
