Are you putting the flows under the rear seat? If so, be prepared to scrape them on everything. They're pretty thick.
I have 4" round magnaflows and they scrape regularly. I also have the under axel out the rear section removable and the flange there scrapes too.

The red TA isn't mine, but the SS on the rack is. Its relatively loud in dump mode and nice and quiet with the after axel part on.

There is also a stickied thread at the top of the exhaust section with a plethora of pictures of different set ups. Some use the super 44's in the stock muffler location.

I had 3" true duals with 10-series 1-chamber race mufflers on my '02 Z and they would scrape on speed bumps but not much else besides those.
If it was me, I'd have some regular old 3-bolt header collectors welded into the pipes just before the rear axle, that way you can drop the tail pipes if you need to put the car on a 2-post lift or jack it up w/o lifting by the rear axle. Other wise, when the rear suspension drops down it'll hit the tailpipes unless you run them really low to the ground.

just tell the muffler shop it is for offroad use. The muffler shop that did my first camaro made my dad sign a sheet saying that it was for offroad use only. ask if they have this at your muffler shop.
