Article 59 extends makes the requirements to be a Senator the same as a deputy, except for age. Article 82 require the President to be " Mexican citizen by birth, in the full enjoyment of his rights, and the son of Mexican parents by birth". Article 91 states that to be a secretary, you have to be a Mexican citizen by birth, too. Article 95 extends the requirement of Mexican citizenship by birth to ministers of the Supreme Court of Justice. Article 115 requires governors to be Mexican citizens by birth. Article 130 limits ministers of any religion in Mexico to Mexican citizens by birth.

8: Article 27: "Only Mexicans by birth or naturalization and Mexican companies have the right to acquire ownership of lands, waters, and their appurtenances, or to obtain concessions for the exploitation of mines or of waters. The State may grant the same right to foreigners, provided they agree before the Ministry of Foreign Relations to consider themselves as nationals in respect to such property, and bind themselves not to invoke the protection of their governments in matters relating thereto; under penalty, in case of noncompliance with this agreement, of forfeiture of the property acquired to the Nation. If I were to become a citizen of another country I would learn the language first. If I were a tourist I would learn a few words to get by. If I were in Japan I would learn Japanese. Unless I had a skill that outweighed my inability to learn the language of the country.

Every other country on Earth has border control. We do as well.. it is just shitty intentionally to help us get cheap labor. It is American Greed that is also the problem. we have the right as a country to limit anything that goes on in this country when it comes to foriegn nationals period! although i wouldn't personally limit them spending their money here but we do have the right to if we so wish.

why should the money i pay in school taxes be spent on a second language program for someone to learn english? why should money be spent on that when it could be spent on something else that could improve learning. if these people are here legally they knew they were coming here for awhile. they teach english in most countries abroad. english is the language of success!!

i am having a hard time seeing why when people speak out against something they don't agree with other people label it as hate. so me not wanting support someone else when i'm having a hard time supporting myself and voice my displeasure with that it is hate? or if i voice my opinion that having school programs that shouldn't even be neccesary and takes away from my childs learning is hate?

Illegals contribute.... just not enough. I think they should be proud to be American Slaves of the 21st century. What an accomplishment. The problem is that Mexico is a country that lacks education. It also lacks the history that the US has. Not that it doesnt have history or culture but it is a country that hs not had the same battles the US as had. No civil wars, very little participation in foreign affairs, lack of focus on education and more towards labor. Mexico has a very large income disparity and folks are either very rich or very poor. It has a weak middle class although it is 10-12 out of all countries in the world as far as economic size. Mexicans do not get involved in the political process and I guess if they did they would want a dictator like Obama, Fox, Calderon, or Hugo Chavez to tell em what to do.

Mexicans are extremely uneducated...... instead of brains they use rhetoric and emotions. Instead they focus on LABOR..... the LABOR party is the reason Europe is so damn socialist... think about France folks!
