I just ran my 1998 camaro z28 at the track for the 1st time
I ran at the motorplex yesterday 04/09/10 my car is all bone stock, except for the I had a performance transmission build for it since I blew my other one. I had 3 good runs my last one I spun out WAY to bad almost lost control and ran a 17.3. What upgrades can I do to run low 13's or maybe even high 12's? Here are my times (i don't have scanner to scan my time slips)

see I thought about putting a stall on it wend I got my transmission put in but I just didn't know how it was going to drive for an everyday driver. If I would have got a 2500 stall does that mean that I have 2 b right at 2500 rpm's for my car to kick in. I wouldn't want it to b burning out everywhere.

get u some tires, adding more power isnt gonna do **** if you cant hook at ur current power level.
then add the bolts on,cam, 150 shot, tfs heads with a badass tune, then lose to a faster car and build a stroker motor with a power adder and spray

wend I got to the track I told my self I wanned to run a 13.5 but I got close!
estubo 2 3 quiero mas rrecio!
how much can a good stall, and good drag's run go and what tire's should I look at? I'll be putting them on black ZR1's the 9.5 should I look at the 11 (on how wide I should get them)

good numbers...
hey guys i have some questions, what's the difference between a converter that says lock up and one that doesn't? also would a transmission cooler be the only thing needed after you get the stall, or would you also need a tune?

If u ran a 17.3 drive your **** off the nearest tall bridge. Just kidding those numbers are on par. Get a stall and some drag radials and you will be in the high 12's with a little more mph. That's about right for a stock a4. Don't worry. It takes a ton of practice at the track to get it right and the tracks are never consistant. Once your stall and tires are in/on, it's a whole new game.
