Daily driven or weekend warrior? Not a drag radial out there that hooks like M/T, but daily driver I'd go for nitto because they will last longer.

NT-05 appears to be the best DR for the street.

I think the hoosier drag radials hook best of all (Hoosier ,MT, Nitto)
on my car hoosier first, MT second, Nitto 3 rd , but hoosier wiggle ( unstable ) on the high end , MT stable all the way up, hoosier and mt short mileage ( 800-1k miles runnung on street) and neather like water. Nitto do not grip as well but can take a little water and last me 3500-4 k miles on street

I DD my M/T's rain or shine, as long as you don't drive like a jackass in the rain you'll be ok.

I've got a almost new pair of nitto nt05r drag radials for sale. 275/40/17. These do very well in the rain I've been told...that's why I bought them. Had MTs an they were great on the track but poor in the rain.

If you're interested in mine PM me.

Im also looking into some DR as well. i will be going with nittos 555R. like everybody said the M/T are probably the best DR. i do however love how the BFG DR look. they look so mean..

anybody know how well the BFG Drag radials hook?

ive ran em all for 5 years

nittos are good for about 550-650 Hp but dont expect them to last long if you like to burnout..these work great on the road and in the rain

the mT are good for any amount of power your thinking about if your street driving. they hook at track just dont leave when they are too hot a small burnout they are ready to go...not good for rain

bfg drags work, but not so well i wouldnt reccomend...

nitto nt555r drag radial NOT the NEW NT05 put em on pops c6 z06 they are the bomb on the dry street better then the f1 supercar tire they come with and better than MT on street but for the track they suck ***...GO with MT for the track
