Well Joey paid me tonight. I'm very suprised to get on here and see his post about "an *** kicking" that I may recieve. lol He sure was acting super nice and apologizing when I met up with him? Fact of the matter is, I never wanted to do this. Just isn't like me. However, what was I supposed to do? I was running out of ideas and was trying to be very civil and mature about the whole incident. I never bad mouthed or talked **** about him, just said what needed to be said.
Our conversation today through texts:
ME: Never heard from you yesterday???
JOEY: Yeah I didn't get off till 10. But
ME: But what?
(an hour and a half goes by so I txt him again)
ME:? Whatsup man I'm not this kind of person to bug somebody but u have drug this out wayyy too long and are way past due on the $ u owe me
JOEY: I know man and I'm truly sorry, but I have so many bills right now and I'm trying to catch up on them. Can we work out a payment plan? At least you'll be getting something?
ME: We all have bills dude believe me, but u have put me off for way too long. Sometimes u have to pay off ur debts before u pay ur bills. What happend to u paying me last Friday like u promised? And then u avoid me and ignore me and u cant tell me u didnt see any of my calls from the past week. That's some sorry *** **** I hope u know that. I don't want to set up no "payment plan" I need that money n full. Now.
JOEY: Your pushin it.
ME: I'm pushin it? I can't believe what I just read. This is what I get for being a nice guy. Over 2 months and I haven't got my money. Ur sorry. I'll see you in court.
JOEY: Oh my god. Dude ur gonna get ur money. I promise. I'll see if my bank will give me another loan. So I can hurry up and give u ur money.
By this time I just got out of class and went up to the courthouse to get info on small claims and he called me and said he got the loan and we met up tonight and I got it from him. No hard feelings man, we both learned a lesson.
Well I'm stoked now because tomorrow I'm gonna go pay my buddy for my new motor and hopefully will be up and running here shortly. F1A and a 408, should be fun!

Little Joey is a Dbag. Glad you got your money. He better not threaten the wrong person next time. Things usually don't end well when you do that and owe somebody money.
