Talk about a FAIL. In my automotive career... I've learned that anything is possible. Is it real? Who knows. If it is... wow. Just wow. Some people are only alive because it's illegal to kill them.

Exactly. Just because we are a forum of automotive enthusiasts, where 99% of us would never do something like that, doesn't mean that there isn't somebody out there who is stupid enough to do it.

I thought so. He obviously has some knowledge about cars, and I don't see how somebody with mechanical knowledge could do something that stupid. But I supposed it's possible.

not sure if you could even get the pinion, carrier, and ring gear out if u had welded it like that....
or into the diff for that matter IF you tried to do it on a bench.

looks like an awesome joke to me. hahaha. that is good.
