Default How about some old school action today.

How about some old school action today. Took the 69 Camaro out since it was nice. ZL-1 427 under the hood(not the anniversary edition but the 2nd design block (053 casting). I did change the compression and put a hydraulic roller in it instead of the solid lifter. Took the guys 2 years to build it and they did a great job. When I received it last Oct I didn't like the M20 trans spinning at 3000 rpm at 45 mph so I called Keisler and had them send me the direct bolt in 5 speed for it and it is great.

Beautiful restoration Andrew. Who did the work?

I drove my '70 Chevelle SS 454 to Cars & Coffee yesterday too.

Thanks guys was nice to drive something different outside today. Spencer Wetherall out of Longmont, CO did the job. Has a few imperfections, but I don't worry too much about it.
