First time I saw this was about 3 years ago. Now, they're mostly doing it with wine, which is bad enough. The girl I saw in the ER had done vodka. She and her BF had heard that this was awesome. She went first. Hard alcohol given this way caused her *** to basically feel as if she were sitting on a blowtorch. Her BF declined his turn and called 911. In the ER, much hilarity ensued.

(Just FYI, when you show up in the ER after a dumbass stunt like this, we ARE laughing at you. Maybe not to your face - maybe - but we are.)
