Just wanted to hear some input on who you guys think is the best tuner in houston????

The best thing to do is buy the software and learn how to tune it yourself.

You'll be money ahead in the end...

Depends on what you have. NA car? sprayed car? Boosted Car? Turbo Car? Need more info than what you provided?

I would personally use MTI or GForce. Just my opinion.
