Default aside from sponsors... who can do front struts?

everywhere I've called seem to want 200-300 for just the labor... I figure that's about on par... but are there places that are more around the 200ish mark? 300 is a bit much for me considering the entire set of shocks/struts only ran me 370ish ...

don't have the tools nor really the time unfortunately to attempt it alone, plus I've heard it can also be fairly dangerous...

anyone in the houston/katy area's have any suggestions?

Where are you located? Struts really aren't that hard at all. You can go rent a coil spring compressor from Auto Zone and do it yourself.

If you decide that you don't want to do it, I'll be more than happy to do it for you. I'm in Alvin, which is roughly 20 miles south of Houston.

galleria area... my other problem is, i live in an apartment complex. makes things a bit more of a challenge...

I've never done the install before, much less had any experience with a 4thgen front suspension, all my experience was 3rdgen related, which is vastly different as far as the front struts...

last time I saw one of those handheld compressors give out, the coil imbedded itself into a brick wall.

whenever i install the springs on the shocks, i use 2 handheld compressors. It makes it a lot easier.

I'd think $200 would be a good deal.
