Maybe I'm just a wishful thinker??

That's what everyone is telling me. Damn... no wonder everyone used to always ask my dad if they could buy/trade for the car as-is when I was growing up. It does need work.. like I said... sitting since 78, needs refreshing. He just doesn't have time for it and said it would be better off with someone who will take care of it the right way. It's just a bitch to take the car shots cause its in the garage with tons of crap surrounding it, ya know?
He used to also have an all original 67 SS Camaro that he twisted around a pole in 68. He missed it so much he went and got the 69.

Those documents look to be authentic. Please post a pic, even if it is with junk on the car.
If you can post a close up picture of the option sheet too, that would be great. I see the one with the RS option checked. I'm just looking for a pic of the Z28 option being checked.
If you get a pic of the motor, get a picture of the block pad. Its on the passenger side right where the block and the head come togehter. It will have the motor/trans code, along with part of the vin. This will show the motor is the original motor based on the protect-o-plate.
I know several folks who will buy the car as is, as long as it is not been modified, and is in its current condition. A car like that is called a survivor, and is often worth more in unrestored condition.
Get some pics, and just attach them in this thread.

Well... pop's just told me it doesn't have the original carb and intake. Ive done some HARDCORE homework on this car, and I'm just trying to figure out it's value. A few guys on here told me the carberator(sp) and intake are easy to come by... but other than that, I can pretty much guaruntee that the rest is numbers matching. Gonna get the camera back soon to take body pics. Once again, sorry about my lazy *** being slow with pics.

I've got a 69 z28 I'm working on right now. All numbers mathing except the engine. . . Since your new here, I'll help ya out. I'll give you a nice fresh 350 for that worn out 302 in your car. HOw's that sound?

Just haven't had a digi cam lately. ****, if ya'll don't believe me come by my house if you live in SA(Just shoot me a pm). I love to see what the hell should be done with this car and where to take it. Pop's wants to get the most money for it but he just doesn't have time for it or know the right people to talk to. Ixnay on the 350-302 trade. If you come by, bring some beer...
