Recently picked up a pair of Ractive seats and RCI harnesses from "30thZ28" (who still has a bad *** Roller and 410ci SBC/LTX long block w/ vic jr., elbow, TB, and dual stg plate Kit and a bunch of other stuff for sale). Mocked up the passenger side seat to the stock rails/brackets (only the front bolts line up) to see how it look in the car.

What do you think..





I know your not suposed to bolt the shoulder harnesses directly to the floor But i dont have a cage so i bolted them where the rear belt used to go so it isnt pulling directly down on your neck..

 

i was thinking of putting some seats that look alot like that in my camaro. send me some picts when you put them both in. i would really app. it.

 

Will do me and my friend are going to make some brackets to fit the stock rails on Monday. cant wait
also got a battery relocation kit from him as well and going do that too.

I always want to sit in a car with 4-point harness and now i have them. Makes me feel like I'm in a RACE CARRRRRRRRR

 

nice seats Kevin! definately not something you will want to ride in on a roadtrip. theyre a bit narrow between lower bolsters. had a set of recaro seats in my 72 ss very similiar to those and sold em to a jeep guy cause of that.

yea if i was any heavier i wouldnt be able to fit owell give me reason to make me lose those extra 20lbs i gained since high school

Looks good can't wait to try them out. I am glad the harnesses are black, looks much cleaner. The car rides so much better with all the interior back in the car. You need to get a roll cage in there next.

 

yea once its paid off, I decided to get a 75 shot. Then hopfully that will put me sub 11.5's so i have a reason to get a cage.

 

Do a 100 wet, get traction and run 10's.
