Galveston fishing spots???

Galveston fishing spots??? Im headed down to Galveston next week with friends and family and I will be fishing the most part of the 7 days I will be there. Is there any good fishing spots that anyone would like to share? We will be fishing the galveston pier, the 61st pier, san lois pier, jetties, beach, seawolf park, galveston bay, and will be taking a couple of deep sea and bay trips aswell. Any other spots would be great!! Were looking to catch reds, trout, shark, and flounder.

Jetties was good, i used to go to the channel side and fish alot, i wade fished alot, and we use to fish for shark on the channel behind that moody gardens or whatever it is called.

If you wnat to catch shark throw surf rods out at san luis pass. Or just fish the end of the san luis pass pier. They pulled up a 7ft bull shark a week ago.
But it sounds like you know of all the good galveston spots. Just beware, it can get extremely crowded on the weekends, especially at the jetties and east bay (hannahs/south shoreline).

Go to the Texas City Dike. Take a left on the service road. Go to the 4th telephone pole. Jump in and wade. Reel in fish and enjoy. We are getting hard south winds this month and the dike offers nice protection. Plum/chart and pumpkin seed/chart brown lures or norton sand eels do the trick!! Ive been 4 times after work the past few weeks and have reeled in some very nice size trout. My buddy caught a 25 inch fat sow last night!
