Its where I make my living. The smaller door on the long wall you can see is where I have the automotive bay. I am about to add on another 30'x40' or so on the end wall facing the camera so I can keep the automotive and more sensitive project out of the general shop area. Hard to get a sense of scale from the perspective, but the shop is 60' x 110'.

I just bought my first house yesterday, and with it comes this garage. 36x32, 3 car garage. It has a full bonus room upstairs, and the bay to the right doubles as a makeshift paintbooth. The property was a forecloure, so it's a mess, but give me a couple months and it will be a nice little garage!

I think it was a ton of potential!

Looks like you could upgrade the plasma about another 15 inches or so.

been working on finishing off my garage.

the smaller side is 24' x 28' and that is what i am working on right now. i split that up into a 8'x14' store room and a 8' x 10' bathroom/utility room and then the rest which is about 19' x 24' is my work shop area. the wall will be lined with tools and there will be a large work bench centered in the front. can lights above the work bench, plazma tv above the work bench. air under the work bench. a silly amount of light and outlets everywhere. heat in the floor.

lots of pics here >> http://www.neufamily.org/images/garagegallery/index.htm

the large side is 36' x 36' and will be finished off eventualy along with a 900sq/ft attic. i will be able to heat/cool the small side. the large side will only have heat.

just finished the lighting and i had to share. paint on the walls is next then outlets, then work on the bathroom..... it is a big project

I currently have everything packed in the front garage while trying to finish the back garage. Kinda proud.

The back garage is 30x50 but the previous owner only had 10ft ceilings so creativity was needed. All the conduit is run and the drywall is hung now- Dad thinks I'm nuts for eight 220 boxes.

I feel very lucky to have what I do. But it's not the shop that builds the car, it's the person that does it.
