I currently have everything packed in the front garage while trying to finish the back garage. Kinda proud.
The back garage is 30x50 but the previous owner only had 10ft ceilings so creativity was needed. All the conduit is run and the drywall is hung now- Dad thinks I'm nuts for eight 220 boxes.
I feel very lucky to have what I do. But it's not the shop that builds the car, it's the person that does it.

I understand the question, the truss' are 8' a part, the ceiling is 10' and being that the lift is a true 10k lb lift it is 12' tall. It is the only place it could go without too much wasted space. I have had a crew cab duramax on there with the hood open and it just fits. 6' up. Actually that truss is now stronger than the others.

Dont mind the mess. Shop is a 26X46. It was too cold for me to open the doors to get pictures to show the real size. I am setup to do just about any cnc machining and not sure if it showed up or not, but welding as well.
It is still a work in progress but there is not much I can not do out of my shop now. I also heat it with a 200k btu heater, this time of the year thats my favorite tool!

While waiting for the Machine Shop to rebuild my motor. I restored, hung and wired a Traffic Light in my shop today.
I am going to buy a relay for it so it switches like a active traffic light on the street.

I'll play.
All craftsman and harbor freight. But I'm not a pro so I can afford to run back and forth for replacements when things break. And both replace for free ( I almost always buy HF's warranty's since their stuff breaks frequently.)
The big box from harbor freight was only $750 and it's surprisingly good quality. It isn't a glossy powder coat, though.

35,000 sqft apartment parking lot, natural light and weather. power= 200 ft extension cord to a neighbors window. Big *** curb around the corner I can drive on to adjust the TA, and oil change with no jack. that garage was sweet
