2000 F-150 Harley Davidson Edition - factory 20" chrome wheels, $8000 obo 2000 Ford F-150 Harley Davidson Edition
For sale I have my limited edition Harley Davidson Ford F-150 in great condition!! I have had this truck for just over 2 years, and it has been the most reliable vehicle I have ever owned. During my ownership, I have had to do nothing but basic maintenance such as oil changes, brakes, wax, etc. The truck is a real head turner, as it bring compliments everywhere I go. The truck includes:
- 5.4L SOHC V8 (approx 15-16mpg city)
- just over 82K miles
- 20" factory chrome wheels, wrapped in Cooper Discoverer high performance M/S tires. Upon sale, truck will have 2 new tires installed, with the other 2 tires having good tread left.
- truck will have the inspection completed at my cost, as it is due this month (January).
- lowered 2" using Lightning spec Billestien shocks. Remainder of suspension is identical to a F-150 Lightning, with exception of the rear sway bar. This truck handles amazing! A real joy to drive!
- factory leather seats with Harley Davidson emblem embossed into the backs of the seats. Seats are in excellent condition and only show better-than-normal wrinkles in the leather.
- factory 6 disk CD changer
- factory installed Lightning muffler - sounds awesome, without being abnoxiously loud - inside the cab, you can only faintly hear it, and from outside, its a very nice noise level.
- i will also have the truck professionally detailed inside and out before sale.
There are a few things that should be noted...
1.) the truck has a few rust spots on the front bumper, as rocks from normal driving chipped the paint and began to rust the bumper. Also, the one fog lamp was busted from a rock on the road. Together, this should cost about $100 to fix - i have just been far to busy to get down to fixing it.
2.) the truck as a rebuilt title. It was wrecked VERY LIGHTLY in New Jersey in 2006. The second owner bought it and fixed it up. I have receipts totaling all of the repairs. Repairs totaled $5,200, including having the entire truck painted ($3K+ of the repairs). The only reason the truck was issued a R-title was because both airbags were deployed - the truck was worth approx. $21K+ at the time. $5K in damages should never cause a title change. I have pictures of this accident if buyer is interested - it appears like the owner hit a deer in the front passenger 1/4 panel - as previously stated, damages were very light!
Once again, this truck is absolutely gorgeous brings attention wherever I go!! It is a reliable truck that I have depended on day in and day out for the last 2+ years. It will treat the new owner with the same reliability and anyone will be happy to own it. There were only a couple thousand of these made in the year 2000, and its the only year they were an extended cab truck.
My asking price is $8,000 or best offer!!! All cash offers will be considered! The truck values between $12K-$12.5K. Even though the truck is in great condition, my price is lower than the "fair" condition value - I feel this is appropriate considering the things i mentioned above and that would like to sell ASAP!!! No, '00 and '01 were the same engine, just without the supercharger
yes, I would trade for a LS1 Trans Am only... that's what i want to buy with the money, so that's what i would consider in a trade
sorry - its a great truck, i absolutely love it, but i really miss my T/A and would like to buy another one!

There has been a lot of interest in the truck and sevearl people coming to look at it in the next couple days. It is at the detail shop today, and should be ready for me to pick up after work....
All cash offers will be considered and I am willing to deal on the price... my craigslist add lists $8000 obo ....
As i stated earlier, i would also consider trades for a LS1 Trans Am

Here's a pic of the accident that gave it an R-title... as you can see, it wasn't damaged very bad, but since the airbag blew, they r-title'd it....

All i'm seeing is red "x"'s for the pictures.... but that's because i'm at work and the server is blocking them... i'll check it out when i get home...
