Default 05 GTO-JHP Monaro VZ conv-M6-30+ pics-$15,000 REDUCED!

Year: 2005
Make: Pontiac
Model: GTO
Price: $15000
Mileage: 61000
Private or Dealer Listing: Private Listing
Location (State): NJ
Transmission: Manual
Drivetrain: Rear Wheel Drive
LS Engine?: Car has LS engine

I have decided to purchase a house, and the GTO will have to go to make that happen. For the basics:
2005 Pontiac GTO
6.0 LS2
6 Speed Manual
Torrid Red
Black Leather
VIN 6G2VX12U05L388304 (clean carfax)
Complete service records from window sticker to last weeks oil change.

The car currently has 61,000 miles. I currently drive the car every day as I am awaiting delivery of my new car (2011 Subaru Impreza WRX). When that is delivered I will stop driving it.

The car is mechanically flawless. Runs and drives as if it were new. The car has never been race, dragged or tracked.

The car has the JHP Holden Monaro VZ front end conversion. This includes the bumper cover, foam bumper insert, front grill, badge and fog lamps. The Holden badge also replaces the trunk lid badge, and the GTO 6.0 emblems have been changed to side marker turn signals.(I still have the GTO emblems) All of this was done by a professional high end auto body shop. I have all receipts.
the kit can be found here:
JHP Vehicle Enhancements - Specialise in Holden Monaro and Commodore Spoilers, Body Kits, Tyre and Wheel Packages.

The rear trunk lid had the spoiler removed, the holes plug welded and the whole thing repainted. This was all done by a professional high end auto body shop. There is no evidence the spoiler was ever there. I have all receipts.

The car has a 2004 GTO hood, I like the sleek look of the hood without the scoops better. I do NOT have the 2005 hood with the scoops.

A week after I purchased the car (3/26/2010) the car was badly keyed in my work parking lot. From headlight to tail light on both sides and the hood. The damage was bad enough that the whole car would need to be repainted. I spent roughly 5 months looking for a shop that I could trust to do not just a good job, but an excellent job. The shop that I eventually decided on did an impeccable job. There is no evidence that the car was ever repainted and it looks better than the day it was new. The total for the paint was a little over $5,500.(covered by my insurance, again I have all the paper work)

After I got the car back from paint I had a 3M clear paint protection film installed on the car. This covered:
Full Front Bumper
Halfway up hood
Mirrors
Door handles
Gas Door
Behind front and rear wheels to prevent rock chips
Full Rocker Panels (side skirts)
Total for the install was $1050.
If you are not familiar with 3M clear paint protection:
Scotchgard? Paint Protection Film Solutions

What you have then is a car that has not a single blemish anywhere on the exterior, it is as close to perfect as you can get. The 3M paint protection has and will prevent any rock chips from driving, wear on door handles and any rocks thrown up by the wheels.

The car also has GTO 18" wheels. I found these at a junkyard. I then had them inspected, the light curb damage repaired and painted a dark grey color. The wheels are 100% perfect with no curb damage anywhere.
The tires are BF Goodrich g-force super sports.

I also have the 17" stock wheels and tires that will be included with the car.

The car also has the SLP Loudmouth exhaust, which sounds great. (have receipt for part and install)

I have 2 covers for the car which will be included. One is a fitted red dust cover with case. The other is a new Noah fitted outdoor cover. (fantastic cover)

There are a few slight imperfections on the interior, all pictured. The drivers seat has a small separation in the stitching. This can be repaired easily I have just been waiting to find a shop I trust to have it done. The glove box has a few scratches in the plastic. The plastic behind the passenger door where people have come into contact with it entering and exiting the rear seats has some scratches as well. Nothing major.

I have been meticulous about keeping this car looking stunning. Never park near anyone, hidden parking at work, cover on every night, never drive behind 18 wheelers (even with the clear paint protection) and it really shows.

I have over 30 pictures here and will take any more upon request.
I would prefer email over PM's, but I will try to check this post every day.

Price is reduced to $15,000.

Please contact me with any questions you may have.

I think the problem is the market... I just sold an immaculant '06 with 36k miles for $17,800. The NADA on it was $19.5k...

Your car's NADA is $15,350... I realize you have done some VERY nice things to the car, but unless the buyer has some extra money laying around, the bank may not even consider loaning on it based on your price.

Beautiful car, I don't think you are too high, but the market does...
