Let me add the reason I'm selling. I bought this car as a commuter for school. I'm not signing up for the fall so I no longer need this car. I'd like to keep it, but I can't afford the extra car payment and insurance without school reimbursement money. My loss is your gain.

This Cobalt SS Turbocharged is way faster. Don't believe me? : http://www.caranddriver.com/features...to_2011_page_8
The Cobalt is #60 overall against all cars tested. Check out all the other cars below the Cobalt SS that are slower.
Cars such as:
MITSUBISHI LANCER EVOLUTION IX MR
SUBARU IMPREZA WRX STI SEDAN
LEXUS IS F
MAZDASPEED 3
LOTUS ELISE SC
MAZDA RX-8 R3
VOLKSWAGEN GTI MkVI
VOLKSWAGEN R32
HONDA CIVIC Si MUGEN
That is stock configuration. My Cobalt SS has the GM turbo upgrade kit (still warrantied and guaranteed by GM) and now has 270 whp, 310 wtrq.
You just can't find a faster small car for this kind of money!
Get this car and start having some fun.

KBB and other prices listed are only guidelines. A car is only really worth what some potential buyer is willing to pay for that particular car, in that particular location, on that particular day.
Unless your '05 has been garaged and never been in the rain or driven through puddles there's not much chance it's as clean as this one. Even if it was really really clean I seriously doubt a car with 87k could possibly be as clean as one with 23k that has been meticulously cared for.
When I say "meticulously cared for" I should probably give you an example. My brother owns a full service car wash with a detail shop. I asked him about cleaning up the SS for sale (since he would have one of his guys do it for free). He told me to do it myself because he knows how I am and that I would never be satisfied with the job his detail guys would do. So I did it myself.
Before we even started cleaning, the car was already pretty clean because I'm a little **** about how I take car of my vehicles. I and my 14 year old son spent the whole weekend, seats out, whole interior (including the trunk) shampooed and cleaned ALL surfaces. Put the car on jackstands and powerwashed the engine bay and underside of car while the wheels were off. Silicon sprayed the hoses and plastic liners in wheel wells. Waxed the inside and outside of the wheels (which look like brand new). Washed, clay bared, polished, and waxed the exterior. Cleaned all the glass inside and out (I worked at a picture frame shop for a few months so I learned how to get glass perfectly clean and clear). Then I touched up a couple of small rock chips with factory paint on the front of the car and on the front edge of the splitter.
So are you absolutely sure your car with 87k miles is as clean as this one?
I do appreciate the advice, the bump, and the good wishes for a quick sale.
Thanks,
Dog
