I’ve owned this car for the past 8 years. I’m the second owner and have done all of the performance modifications to this car. Car has always been garage kept. Here lately, I haven’t had time for my car because of a job I’ve taken that requires me to be out of state longer than I am in, I’m building a house, having a baby, and need to buy a tractor for the land I just purchased.
Have clean title in hand and will work with buyer on delivery if necessary. Car is in East Texas.
Now for the goodies…
Engine (450+ RWHP NA, 600+ RWHP on Nitrous):
- 6.0 ltr block came out of an Escalade in Houston, TX. Block was cleaned up and bored .030 over at Sunset Racecraft Racing Engines in Lubbock, TX.
- Motor was built and installed Professionally by Joseph Potak who is the Lead Technician at Texas Speed and Performance in Lubbock, TX.
- Computer was tuned Professionally by Jason Mangum at Texas Speed and Performance. Tune is Perfect!
- Lunati LS1 408ci Stroker Kit
- Compression is somewhere between 10.5 and 11 to 1.
- Lightly Ported LQ9 Cylinder Heads
- Comp Cam 252/256 612 Lift
- Precision Racing Dual Springs
- Hardened Push Rods
- TSP Ported Throttle Body
- LS6 Intake
- SLP Air Lid
Drive train:
- Stock 6 Speed Transmission
- Pro 5.0 Shifter w/ SS ****
- Textrailia OZ700 Clutch and Flywheel Installed Professionally by Real Performance in Lewisville, TX
- A4 Steel Drive Shaft w/ 1350 Yoke
- Moser 9inch – 4.11 Gears, 33 Spline Axles, Spool, long studs w/ stock size.
Exhaust:
- Kooks 1 7/8 Inch Longtube Headers
- TSP Dual Exhaust with Bullet Mufflers
Suspension:
- UMI Performance Torque Arm
- UMI Torque Arm Relocation Kit
- BMR Subframe Connectors
- BMR Lower Control Arms
- Brand New 350 lb Afco front springs (Not Installed)
- Brand New single adjustable Racing Strange shocks (Not Installed)
Power Adder:
- TNT F1 Nitrous Kit (75 shot-150 shot)
- DynoTune Automatic Bottle Warmer
- Wide Open Throttle Switch
- MSD Window Switch
- Walbro 255lph Fuel Pump
Appearance:
- White Checkered 25th Anniversary Stripes
- De-grilled front Bumper
- Clear Turn Signals
- Black Powder Coated SS Wheels with Silver Lip
- Black SS Emblems
- Tinted Windows
Interior:
- Tan Leather (Excellent shape, one little spot on driver seat)
- Stock 12 Disc CD Changer
Extras
- K40 Radar System (Currently doesn’t work, Probably a fuse haven’t looked into it)
- Viper Alarm System (Think the key fobs just need new batteries)
The car has been a best of 10.99 in the ¼ mile on Nitrous and 11.7 off. DA was in the mid 4,000 ft range for that pass. This was before the new 9inch rear, shifter, long tube headers, and UMI Suspension. With the new mods and at a good track I think the car will go mid to low 10s. This car was mostly a street car daily driver for me during college and until here recently; I haven’t been in state to drive it. There has probably been about 5 nitrous bottles put through this engine; all 100hp shots except for 2 sprays on the 150hp shot. 1 on the dyno and 1 at the track where I broke my old 12 bolt rearend.
Mileage:
- Car – approx. 104,000
- Engine – approx. 33,000
- Clutch – approx. 800
- Rearend and UMI Parts – approx. 500
Problems with car:
- Windshield has a crack in it
- AC JUST stopped working (used to blow ice cold but after I got back from my last business trip, I noticed it quit blowing cold.)
- Right window motor JUST stopped working. (Also, noticed this when just getting back)
- When we installed the new rearend, I couldn’t find the little metal things that go into the backing plates so the Emergency Brake isn’t hooked up.
Driving Differences from stock (Don't want any surprises):
- 9inch has spool, when turning slowly around corners, tires will chirp (Fix: Change out 9inch center section)
- Car vibrates when you get up to around 60mph. (Fix: Get an adjustable TA)
- X-Pipe Exhaust system is dumped before axles, might seem loud to some. (Fix: Get different Exhaust system)
Car is tagged and inspected and I try to drive it as much as I can when I get back on the weekends from business, but here lately that hasn’t been much at all. I hate to sell it, but it’s time to pass it on to someone else who has more time for it.
One other thing I would like to point out is there is NOTHING gutted from the car. It is a full weight vehicle and that was one of the goals I had with the car; A daily driven dependable STREET CAR that could go to the track and lay down a 10 second pass.
$13,000 OBO
Thanks for looking!

I may be in Lubbock to check out Texas Tech and visit family in East Texas in a few weeks, I'll have to see if I can pull some cash together to see if I can fly out there and drive back after.

At this time I'm not looking for any trades guys. Like I said, I really don't have any time for anything right now; besides money in the bank.
