Talking Final Reduced Price - 2002 Firehawk Formula - Sunset Orange - 11K miles

The previous ad was getting too long and cluttered.

Pristine examples of these cars are getting more and more difficult to find as each year goes by. This one is definitely one of the nicest examples on this planet. It isn't intended for someone to buy and daily drive, and those who can afford the car will most likely appreciate what it is.

This Firehawk Formula is 1 of 16 ever built in Sunset Orange Metallic. You are very unlikely to ever roll up on another one, with so few being built. If you are looking for that ultra-rare and affordable future collector car, this is it.

-Last production year of the Firebird.
-Highest factory performance package of the Firebird. 345hp - highest net hp ever for entire lifetime of Firebird.
-Most desirable color for collectors.
-Manly 6-spd transmission, not a wussy automatic.
-Pontiac is dead.
-Unmolested and never performance modified in any way.

If you have the space and the patience to park this beauty, it WILL pay off in the future. Mark my words. I don't have the patience however, as I prefer modifying and driving my cars. No more queens for me.

2002 Formula Firehawk - SLP #685
11,200 miles
Sunset Orange Metallic
6-speed manual with factory installed Hurst shifter
T-tops
Ebony cloth interior
SLP options: Firehawk floormats (new in bag) and chrome wheels
Has the SLP Blackwing airbox and dual-dual exhaust (OEM 345hp package)
I have the original window sticker and sales brochure.

Modifications:
Drilled/slotted disk brake rotors (100 miles) - I have the original rotors.
Hotchkis lowering springs - I have the original springs.
18" CCW SP500 wheels w/ BFG KDW2 tires (100 miles) - I have the chrome Firehawk wheels too.

Everything else is 100% stock and unmolested! Car still smells brand new inside, and has always lived in a garage. No accident history. Still has grease pencil markings in the engine bay from the SLP production line.

$20,000 firm - WITH the CCW wheels AND chrome Firehawk wheels. This will be my final price reduction, otherwise the car will remain in my collection. If this is a car you are looking for, don't hesitate to buy it. It may be a very long time before a cleaner example becomes available to you.

I seem to be getting quite a few trade offers. I'm open to considering those, but here is what I may be interested in.

All vehicles need to be low mileage, no accidents, mostly stock, no smoking/pets, and generally pristine examples. I'm picky . Trade up or down. Prefer within a few hours of Houston, as I won't travel to make a trade.

Trailblazer SS
G8 GT / GXP
06+ Tahoe LT or LTZ
SRT-8 Jeep
Classic musclecars (no rusty junk)
Mostly interested in newer SUV's

Thanks for the offer (and bid) Stuart. Since the car has hit reserve on ebay, I'm going to honor the auction and let it play out.

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...STRK:MESELX:IT

Price is now currently $20,100 if you want it more than Stuart.

Thanks,
Tony

You have no idea how bad I've wanted this car for the past few years. It was my background at my work computer for over a year and I kept trying to wait for you to get bored with it and sell like the rest of your many many vehicles. Now that I'm deployed for a year (half way through now) it goes up for sale. My hearts breaking right now. Good luck on the sale, it is truly a beautiful piece of machinery.

TierAngst, if you win the auction on ebay and pay for it, I'll gladly store the car for you until you return in six months. No charge. I have the space, it wouldn't be a problem.

Thanks for serving our country!

If I were staying in, absolutely I'd take you up on that offer. As it turns out though I'll be getting out shortly after I return to the states and moving from San Antonio back to northern NY for college where I will need something four wheel drive, if you happen to be selling any beautiful 4x4's as well I might be interested. It is just terrible timing at this point but thank you anyways.

The high bidder contacted me and asked for a higher price to end the auction early. I replied with my buy-it-now price, and he accepted. It sold for $25K, and deposit has been received. Sale pending final funds to be transferred.

Thanks for viewing!

I will need to sell the Z06 next, if I decide to pull the trigger on the next car. I want either a Ford GT, Gallardo Superleggera, or F430.

Ford GT seems most reasonable out of the bunch. Especially since you get a serious modding bug most of the time. Very easy to make a GT sickeningly fast though I have no doubt that you've done your homework. Good luck on selling the Z06 and for whatever your next purchase is. Looking forward to see what it will be.
