Thats excessive no matter how you look at it. Granted, Shes a moron for flinging her shoes, but give me a break. Then punch the girl twice in the head once she is on the floor and pick her up by the hair. You no, I have an 18 year old little sister and when we mess around she gets me good with punches but once she took it to far and it was not at all hard to throw her across the room. lol

Taking her down is one thing...but kicking her, hitting her, slamming her down, punching twice...that's ******* wrong. And that guy should know by now that there is a camera in there, idiot. I think he'll be out of a job soon, and that brat is going to get a hefty reward.

Disrespectful little girl got what she had coming, but too bad it was from a cop that couldn't control himself. The cop is an idiot no matter what anybody thinks. Just another example of a cop that mistook his responsibilty for power.

Even if it was a grown man, the cop asks you to remove your shoes and you kick the shoe and it happens to tap the cop the force used in that video was excessive. Now consider that it was a 130 lb(max) teenage girl, not that it makes a difference but she may have been at the station for something very petty. BTW Assault is a serious felony especially on a handcuffed juvenile, and using ur feet in the comission of an assualt can be considered asualt wit a deadly weapon. If your daughter got picked up for shoplifting, got kicked, punched in the head, and picked up form the ground by her hair in the time it took you to drive down to the station would you feel like she "got what she had coming"?
