This is crazy..I drove to Vegas this weekend with My 30th T/A, 6 Speed. I filled up here when I left, Got to Arvin CA & filled up there..So I went 157 miles & used 5.30 gallons. Do the math. 29.62 miles per gallon Crazy **** if you ask me.

thats what kicks *** about 6th gear. I havent tested my 98 on a long highway drive but it gets 20 mpg consistently in the city.

I am guessing since he filled up before he left, and filled up in arvin, that means the gas pump at the gas station in Arvin will show how many gallons it took to fill your car up, and there is probably where the 5.30 came from. I think this is where he got it, otherwise I want to know as well.

I did a little over 28mpg in my A4 when it was stock with 2.73's. 225mi to Fresno, cruise control at 75mph. Last week it gave me 24.8mpg on a 50mi trip with the cc set at 75mph and thats with 450+rwhp. Cant beat LS motors.

i did 29.9 mpg on cruise control goin 75 and 90 here and there driving to shafter with about 340 whp

I got 26.6 going to the cabin last year. A4 w/ 3.73

I drove to Arizona on my full bolt-on setup and got 28 MPG. I dont even want to know what I get now.

Came out to Vegas and Didnt say what up! ? Ive seen 30+ driven to San diego with the 6.0 and a cam. Loooove the 6th gear.

not saying its not true but finding it hard to believe your car with gears and a stall can pull that, my stock 99 with a4 barely cleared 24

Luke not be an ***, but what can't your car do? 12.8 1/4 time at 110 and you are getting 30 mpg, good grief man you got like the wonder SS.
