Oil pressure problems
have you done anything to the car recently?
is the problem intermittent or everytime?
mileage on the engine?
how old is the oil filter?
what grade of oil are you using?
id start off by checking the oil level.
a common problem is the pickup tube o ring being pinched, so if you have changed it recently that may be the cause.
if you havent, it may be a worn out or defective oil pump.
there are multiple oil passages that can leak, but with a little more information from you im sure i can help you pinpoint the problem

1st time it happened i was cruising at 60mph in 6th gear, it dropped to 20 and immediately came back to around 45. next time it did it a couple more times intermittently, then while at the track (Willow Springs, not drag racing), I looked down and saw the oil pressure at 20 psi while i was at 6000 rpms. I noticed that pressure read normal until 2500 rpms, above that pressure drops to 20. If pressure was reading normal (about 40psi) and was below 2500, no matter the speed if i braked, the pressure drops to 20
mods are: LTs, cats, 3" TDs, KN FIPK, Vengeance VRX4, new valve springs, PR's, p/p TB, and ford red top injectors and the car is tuned ~53k miles and less than 5k on the cam, new oil/filter (Castrol german blend 0-30).
since that problem it seemed like it was on the pickup/pump side so I changed the oil pump to a Melling and added a oil pan baffle, noticed a little change nothing that fixed or really helped. Then I changed the oil pressure sending unit, big change. Pressure doesn't drop as significant as it did before, but it also doesn't build like it's supposed to when the RPMs increase..NO ENGINE KNOCK/TICK OR ODD NOISES
I'm at a loss. Only thing i know to do next is put a manual oil pressure gauge on and pull the oil pan again to check for a clogged pickup tube

here is me driving around my block u could see every time i let off the throttle it goes lower and lower, if i would keep going it will end up to 10psi im guessing
