Default Angeles Crest Drive/Brunch 1/2/10

OP has been updated and changed:

Well, Pedaltothemetal has brought up a good idea. Instead of the Saturday meet lets see who's down for a new years run. The Hungover Cruise. Details are in the link but it looks like a 7:30am start in Van Nuys, Sat 1-1-10. Looks like fun and something new. I wonder how good I canyon carve drive hungover. Post up or pm me if any questions.

Nate,
Sorry can't make it Sat.
I do have a recommendation for new years day. Please check this out since it is right up your alley! Last year I had to slow cause scared my wife to putting her seat down!

Last year and 2005 I went, and had a lot of fun. This is one of the quickest cruises I have ever been on! I call it a race! But the porsches always win. Vipers, lambo, ferraries, vettes, minis, evos, wrx, s/c stangs and everything that can canyon carve will be there!
Jay Leno was at the malibu park we ended up at driving a antique.

My wife said yes to the new year's!
If you post a meeting for this ride, I guarantee anyone who goes will not be disappointed!

Sounds great! Here is more info and my input!
As soon as you roll, you will feel like you are staging with adrenalin. Be sure to bring driving gloves! Be careful with too much hp cause in 2004 a porsche went over the side. We have hp to beat most all to the top but coming down they will pass you. Just to let you know in case you want to hang at the front!
They have coffee and pastry when you get there early, driver's meeting and hand out the route sheet. Then pedal to the metal!
Don't miss it!

Jay Leno was at the park where we picniced.

Pic of my camaro back then!

Here is a write up of the 2004 rally. That is when Jay Leno showed up and a yellow porsche went over the side. You can see the pics.
I'm in the group pic and standing next to a red ferrari.

Original plan was ACH but tomorrow is PCH and Angeles Forest. Leo and myself are gonna check it out. Should be around 75+ cars.
