Got a ticket... my first ticket in ca for speeding and it says burnout..what happened was I was driving about 20mph decided to punch it idk why..hit about 60 mph and slowed down...10 sec later I see a cop trying to catch me 
I was like fudge...the cop pulled me out at gun point(idk why) then he ripped me out of my car and hangcuffed me..then threw me in the back seat and searched my car...this all took place litterally in the middle of the street at about 7:00pm..he put on the ticket was speeding. And burnout ...thats all..he did not put no mph or anything, I think the cop over did it..i mean yeah when I took off the tires did spin a tiny bit but I know I was under 60 mph at the end of the pull..so my question is can I fight this??? How much will the fines be?? Can I do community service instead of paying??he did not say anything at all on how fast I was going, just that he heard my tires spin...b.s!!! Thanks guys.
P.s I know I messed up, I am a dumb *** and I feel stupid..

i had something similar happen to me when i was 17, but the cops made it clear that the reason they did all that was because they thought i was attempting to evade them. during the burnout, it was obvious i saw them across the street standing outside of their vehicles - damn video games corrupting our nation's youth. i didn't get a ticket though.

No its a regular long street ..the cop didnt see **** he just heard it..i mean I think he over reacted to try and scare me...i think he was trying to find anything to write me up b cuz he knew he had pretty much nothing on me.. Thats why he searched my car, and he like saw I had absolutly nothing on my record..but when he searched my car he went through everything ....lol...i mean idk what I posted it what happened!! Really..i just pulled,out of 711 drove about 100 ft on a long st, going 20mph then decided to step on it tires hooked with a little chirp. Then I shut it down at 50mph, because if I hit 80 + I know they would have had plenty on me.

But the cop did have a young cop with him??like a trainee or something..so maybe thats what it was?? Maybe he was putting on a show? Because man the cop really did rip me out of my car, he grabbed me and pushed me all the ways to his car and slammed me on his car!! Then when he hangcuffed me man he put them on so tight they left marks on my wrist!!i was gonna ask him if he owned a mustang ?? Lol jk

Last night I got out of work at 2am,dropped off a friend in compton, the cops pulled me over and I'm like Wdf. Keep in mind I berly got the car and I don't have plates yet. Point being the cops were shocked it was a girl driving a muscle car and were trying to give me ideas what I should do to my car. I have a 2000 black camaro z28.

... Lol thats funny..i wish thats what these dicks did but nope.. I love seeing girls driving camaro s or any race car...i think its super hott and super cool!!
Extend the ticket as long as you can and when your last extension comes around; fight it! Say that you didn't mean to spin and you weren't speeding since he didn't put MPH on the ticket and I doubt he had radar on you. If they want to be dicks you'll get the max fine which could come to almost 700.

Yes sir, he did over react!! But everything I said was the truth! When they pulled their guns on me I was like wtf?? First thought was damn my car is gone..but when he gave me the ticket and I all I saw was speeding, then it said burned out period!! Thats why idk wtf his deal was!

Just see how much the fine is when you get it the mail. I'd be happy with only a basic speed law infraction at 15mph over.
Lucky he didnt write you up for speed contest/exhibition of speed that would have cost $700+, misdemeanor, 2 points, no traffic school and locked your car up for 30 days for another $1500. Did that to my friend that spun his tires exiting a parking lot.
I've got one too for spinning my tires launching, $1400 back in '05 in North county.
