Running 17x11's all the way around wont look any better. Overkill, unless you're tracking the car.

Sam Strano runs that set-up for the track. Apparently it is hell on the front wheel bearings.

yup. no point it doing it otherwise.
plus why would you wanna spend the extra money for 315s all around if your not going to track it?
let alone, the car will track very poorly on the freeway. my car does and i only have a 275 on the front.

The wheels I'm trying to get have a 3 inch lip rear and like 1 inch front. I want lip all round, don't want it to look like a Porsche

He means the car likes to follow cracks and lines in the road. Two hands on the wheel always haha. My alignment guy took some of it out and made the steering heavier by increasing the caster i think

By track, I mean road race.

Personally I think the smaller lip in the front with the deeper lip in the back looks bad ***. Real traditional muscle.

Having the same lip/dish all the way around is what I usually see on FWD imports.

Maybe check out a 10" or 10.5"wheel with 295's. The key to it tho is your offset or spacer if needed.

That figures
It's a big ol' PITA finding a wheel you like with the stagger, lip, offset and a tire you want to fit the wheel.
I ended up having to widen the fronts wheels I wanted from 8" to 9" to get the tire I wanted.
