Or you could settle for a good welder that can just take some mandrel J Pipes and make what ever section you need.
There are some crazy japanese that have made intake piping with Titanium and the angles are using dozens of <1" sections to make the bend. It's like a work of art!
But your right, finding a mandrel bender is pretty hard for most if not all the exhaust shops, it's too darn expensive for the mom&pop shops.
