Are there any other 17x11 rear wheels that are black other than the zr-1's? Want to get some 275 40 r 17 and 315 35 17 gsd3's. Dont want any rubbing if possible.. but i really like that oe black motorsports z06 rim but it has 17x9.5 or 18x10.5... sigh
any suggestions?
Is it really that crucial to not be able to rotate the tires:? Will be the first time I stray away from having matching 4 corners.

If I were to get 17x11 ZR1's with 315 BFGoodrich drag radials, I would have to hammer the fender to get them not to rub? I thought that I read somewhere that they would fit fine as long as I wasn't lowered. Makes me change my mind about wanting them after all.

Hallo and greetings from germany! I have a 1998 Camaro conv. I will buy some new rims.
I need some info and i have some questions.
1.) AFS ZR1 Replca 9.5 x 17 (56mm) and 11 x17 (50mm) can i used 245/45/17 for the front and 285/40/17 for the rear? Any problems with ABS and which mods i need to do it?
Will this tires fit on this wheels??
I will no roll the lips, any problems?

use this http://www.miata.net/garage/tirecalc.html to ensure the diameter of the new tyres are within 1 or 2 percent of the originals, they should also be as close as possibly matched front to rear to avoid ABS problems, what you propose is 1.1% difference between front and back.

I ran 295.35ZR18 rear tires on mine 30 serise would be too low.
Fronts if they are running a 275, I'd say are not OEM wheels.
Out back may need a little inner wheel well massaging.
